- Delivery across Romania by courier.
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after we confirm your order.
- Delivery fee: 19.99 lei. Free for orders of 250 lei or more.
- You receive confirmation and delivery details by email.

- Cash on delivery to the courier.
- Bank transfer: payment details are sent with the order confirmation.
- All prices are in Romanian lei (RON), VAT included.
Returns
- You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- Products should be unused and in original packaging.
- Faulty or damaged goods: contact us and we will repair, replace or refund.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay when I send the order?
No. Sending the order does not charge you. We confirm your order by email first, then you pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–5 working days after we confirm the order. If an item is temporarily out of stock we tell you before anything is shipped.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase. Write to livendo45@outlook.com and we will explain how to send the item back.
Do you deliver outside Romania?
At the moment we deliver within Romania. If you are elsewhere in the EU, write to us and we will tell you what is possible.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check the parcel when the courier hands it over and tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Add your company name and tax ID in the notes field of your order and we will issue the invoice accordingly.

2. Orders
Products shown on this website are offers to customers. An order is sent through the cart form. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or adjust an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error; in that case we contact you before shipping.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before you send the order. Payment is by cash on delivery or bank transfer, as set out in the order confirmation.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Romania by courier. Standard delivery is 2–5 working days after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send a clear statement to livendo45@outlook.com. The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer unless the goods were faulty or not as described. We refund the price paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Conformity and complaints
Goods must conform to their description. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund in line with applicable Romanian and EU consumer law. Complaints can be sent to livendo45@outlook.com.
7. Dispute resolution
Consumers may contact the national consumer protection authority (ANPC, anpc.ro) and may use alternative dispute resolution (SAL, anpc.ro/ce-este-sal) and the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.

Data we process
When you place an order or write to us we process your name, delivery address, email, phone number, order contents and the messages you send. We use this data to confirm and deliver your order, issue invoices, handle returns and answer your questions.
Legal basis and retention
We process data to perform the contract with you, to comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax rules, and for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law; other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose.
Sharing
We share data only with couriers and service providers needed to deliver your order and run our business, and with authorities when required by law.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Write to livendo45@outlook.com. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
Cart storage and images
This website stores your cart in your browser (local storage) so it is not lost when you reload the page. It is not sent to us until you submit an order. Product photos are loaded from images.unsplash.com. We do not use advertising trackers.
Returns and withdrawal procedure

- We reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the product securely, unused and preferably in its original packaging.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method where possible (bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders).
